Classroom Session
  • I offer Wellness Workshops focused on SEL and mindfulness topics, visiting each classroom for approximately 20-30 minutes, tailored to the theme and students' needs.

  • These sessions include a variety of SEL and mindfulness activities, such as movement and breathing exercises, designed to promote self-regulation.

  • Each workshop is customized to meet the unique needs of the students in that group, ensuring a dynamic and responsive experience that supports their emotional well-being and classroom engagement.

Professional Development For Educators

​​This workshop provides teachers with SEL and mindfulness tools to incorporate into their classroom communities, with themes such as test anxiety, self-regulation, creating a calm corner, gratitude, and more. Additionally, teachers will learn mindfulness techniques, including breathing exercises, to support their own mental health and well-being.

Coaching Sessions with Educators

  • I collaborate with teachers to develop a shared vision and explore how I can support them through Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and mindfulness practices.

  • We meet monthly to discuss classroom needs and share strategies for fostering a positive classroom community.

  • During these sessions, teachers receive new activities and tools, such as breathing exercises, self-love statements, and mindful movement techniques, to effectively support their students.

  • Our themes may vary monthly or quarterly, focusing on topics like gratitude, compassion, self-regulation, or managing test anxiety, all aimed at enhancing emotional well-being and classroom engagement.

**** Every school, teacher and students have specific needs so all programs will look different based on individual goals. 

Mindful ME Club

Club for students that will include....

Wellness Class for Educators
  • Mindful Movement/Mindfulness Class (30-45 minutes) OR a shorter session during planning time (10-25 minutes)

  • Breathing exercises to support calming the mind

  • Mindfully moving the body in different poses to calm the body/mind

  • GREAT for teacher planning days OR teaching planning time for a shorter session

  • A Happy Teacher = Happy Students 

Tween Classes

​​These classes are specifically designed for tween girls as they navigate the challenges of big emotions. Girls will learn various techniques to manage and work through their feelings, supporting their overall mental health. Throughout the program, students will build a personal toolbox of strategies they can rely on, and the classes may also include creative projects such as vision boards, self-love statements, and other empowering activities to foster self-awareness and confidence.
