Yoga and Mindfulness for Kids and Adults

Hello! I'm Becky Jones, a dedicated yoga instructor and mindfulness coach committed to enhancing mental well-being for students, educators, and parents. My passion is empowering children and teachers with tools to navigate emotions and fostering connections between body and mind through practices like movement and breathwork. Based in Charlotte, NC, I live with my husband, three children, and our beagle. With a background as an elementary school teacher in South Florida and experience as an online instructor at Kaplan University, I earned my 200-hour Yoga Certification from Be Yoga in 2020 and received my second 200-hour Mindfulness, SEL, and Yoga Teacher Certification with Breathe For Change in 2025. Since beginning my yoga journey in 2012, I've seen its transformative effects on my own mental health and have gained valuable insights into how mindfulness benefits both teachers and students in the classroom. I look forward to collaborating and sharing the enriching gifts of yoga and mindfulness with you!

My Vision

My vision is to equip children and teachers with the tools to navigate life's daily stressors. Through mindfulness and SEL, they can develop self-regulation skills and approach challenges in a calm way. I envision this process like cultivating strong roots in a tree; just as deep roots enable a tree to withstand the elements, a foundation in mindfulness empowers children and teachers to weather life's storms, allowing them to adapt and return to a grounded state of clarity and support.
